Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not at all pleased with the products that are sent by Global Replica Shop, the items may be returned if the following guidelines are met.
All of the return requests must be emailed to customer-service#globalreplicashop.com within two full weeks after the order has been delivered to your door.
All items must be returned as was purchased, meaning that the items should be completely unused and must be in the original packaging.
If the issue of the return does not revolve around the quality of the item itself then a restocking fee must be paid by customers. Each replica bag has a 30 USD restocking fee, and wallets cost 10 USD.
If the return is because of some sort of quality issue, then we will compensate the shipping fees that it requires to return the item to us and all defective items will be replaced if our return procedures have been followed correctly.
Returns and Exchanges for Quality Issues:
If the customer would like to return an item based on an issue of quality, then the customer must take pictures of any defects that may exist to the customer service officer. This lets us be sure that there is in fact a defect in the items sent to the customer. Once we are sure there is a defect in the goods that have been sent, then the customer will be provided with a Retrun Merchandise Agreement, or RMA, and an RMA number. A shipping address will be provided as well. Items that do not show an RMA will not be accepted when returned, because terms have not been agreed on. Compensation will be made to customers, because the customer is required to pay for the return shipping.
How to exchange/return products:
The steps to make a successful return are as follows:
1. Email customer-service#globalreplicashop.com within the two week period after the item has arrived.
2. Provide your full name, address, PI Number, the date the order had been received, and the list of items that are to be exchanged.
3. The customer service department will provide you with the RMA and the RMA number. This number will be used in regards to anything to do with the return in the future.
4. After the RMA has been received, send the items that are to be exchanged to the address provided.
5. An email must be sent to us that includes the tracking number of the return.
6. Once the email that includes the tracking number has been sent to us the shipping department will provide you with a tracking number that has the new shipment that will be sent to you.
IMPORTANT
There are no refunds that can be made to customers, as our policy on returns only allows refunds. We will try our best to be as helpful as possible, however. If a customer orders items using a credit card, and chooses to cancel the payment, we will apply a 50 USD charge for processing the refund itself. These items are not the same as the goods they imitate; otherwise we would not be selling replicas, but authentic goods. All returns that have to do with quality must have shipping that is paid by the customer, and a tracking number must be provided. For these returns, a wallet is offered to the customer as compensation for the shipping. A final inspection is made for all of the returned items before the exchange can be finalized, so please allow anywhere from ten to fifteen days for the exchange completed.
